I made it for the 2nd time today. It is an excellent combination with the fruit of the jelly (i used raspberry) and the sirracha combined with the rest of the marinade. Highly recommend!!

This was super easy and didn't take long. We made this on our charcoal grill. The best part was it was ABSOLUTELY devine!!!

Followed direction, using raw honey, had to cook longer than 25 minuets honey rolled off during cooking. Lowered rack & put broiler at low needless to say smoke filled house from burning honey. Will not make this recipe again.

Very good and extremely juicy. I left out the sriracha since my husband doesn’t care for it and it was still yummy. Will probably add cayenne pepper or something else for a bit of a kick next time.

Amazeballs!
Added a bit more sriracha; added a bit more heat without scalding! Was a hit!
