One of the best dinners i’ve made!! If i hadn’t told everyone it was vegetarian, they’d think it was meat! The sauce was amazing as well

I followed the recipe except I used store-bought organic vegan BBQ sauce which turned out to be extremely spicy. I'll make the sauce as per the recipe next time but will go easy on the chilies. My son enjoyed this recipe. It was something new and different.
