- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (I use coarsely ground black pepper)
- cayenne pepper (to taste, I use a pinch)
- 3/4 cup bbq sauce (favorite, see note)
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thin cut, see note)
- 3 cups Orange (chopped red/, /yellow bell peppers, about 2 large bell peppers)
- 3 cups fresh pineapple (chopped, I haven't tried this with canned)
- chives (Chopped, or green onions for garnish, optional)
