    Tried this as a healthy alternative to the traditional Memorial Day BBQ. Success!! My husband loved it! This may become a regular over the summer. 😃

    Pretty easy to make. There was a lot of dressing left over. We didn't even use a quarter of how much it made. You could cut the amounts in half and still have plenty. Wife thinks it is about 9 points on weight watchers.
