    All in all these were good. The only thing I changed was to use (modified) bottled sauce. I was hoping for a crispier skin but that didn't happen. It was chewy and retained most of the fat but, the meat was done. Need to be able to render the skin down and crisp it up without over cooking the meat. Maybe a low broil?
