    It’s alright. It turned out nicely as a meal prep dish for my lunches at work, but it seemed to need something else. I added extra barbecue sauce each time I ate it because the sauce cooked into it didn’t seem to be enough flavor for me. I was thinking chicken would go well with it too.

    seriously one of the best (and easiest) meals i’ve made. i actually put it with black rice and made it into an enchilada with some gauc but beautiful to eat on its own too (you can also add liquid smoke for a real BBQ flavour) definitely recommend

    We love this! Great, simple, healthy recipe that keeps well for the week. I added some red pepper flakes and used a regular/sweeter bbq sauce

    This dish was easy to make and turned out good. I would make it again, but I would put the potatoes over rice.
