I used a purple sweet potato and made BBQ sandwiches. It was very good!

The combination of the sweet potato and the barbecue sauce made this too sweet for my liking

Love this recipe! Will definitely make again. I also added a little jalapeño paste to heat it up.

This came out really good for me. I added some cilantro, and it worked really well.

seriously one of the best (and easiest) meals i’ve made. i actually put it with black rice and made it into an enchilada with some gauc but beautiful to eat on its own too (you can also add liquid smoke for a real BBQ flavour) definitely recommend

We love this! Great, simple, healthy recipe that keeps well for the week. I added some red pepper flakes and used a regular/sweeter bbq sauce. Going to convert this to IP: 1 c water, potatoes (poke holes w fork) on trivet, ~15 min hi. Empty out water, remove trivet. Then sauté onions in IP, mash potatoes w masher and mix in other ingredients. Can reheat w sauté feature and add more liquid as needed.

Super easy to do & tasty. I used honey BBQ sauce & I stuffed them into kale wraps. —— will make again!

This dish was easy to make and turned out good. I would make it again, but I would put the potatoes over rice.

Felt this was an average dish. Not bad but also not amazing just a different tasting side dish
