I let mine rise overnight on the counter (because I forgot the dough and went to bed!). In the morning I lightly kneaded it and rolled it to 1/8”. After waiting for an hour I baked them; they tasted good but didn’t reach the impressive rise as shown online. Wondering if more yeast would help.

Very good and fluffy! I would have like them to have a more yeast like flavor.... but overall the donuts were delicious, the frosting was a fail though.... I used regular white sugar instead, and also cinnamon with sugar! That was a lot better!
