- 8 grams vanilla bean paste (2 tsp, I use Rodelle)
- 188 mL brewed espresso (3/4 cup, freshly, room temperature)
- 500 grams dark chocolate (2-3/4 cup, I used 70%)
- 250 mL chocolate (Aztec Hot, 1 cup)
- 250 mL coconut cream (or full fat coconut milk, 1 cup)
- 2.5 grams ground cinnamon (Vietnamese, 1 tsp)
- 50 grams glucose (3 tbsp)
- 250 grams coconut cream (1 cup)
- 27 grams chocolate (Aztec hot, 2 tbsps)
