- 2 all-purpose flour (wt oz.)

- 1 oz. corn flour
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup creole mustard
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 cup yellow onion (julienne and caramelized)
- 1 Roma tomatoes (halved, smoked and skins removed)

- 1/2 cup bacon pieces (rendered)
