So good! I put it in ribs and covered with foil. Bake @ 300 for 2.5 hours then toss on the grill for a few minutes. Even my husband who is not a big rib fan raved about these. Will make again. This made a lot of spice, would use half next time and save the rest for another time. Used smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder and kosher salt.

Used this on chicken and loved it. The sugar content makes it burn in the skillet easily, so I recommend butterflying a thick chicken breast or hammering it flat or baking it instead.
