This is excellent. I think I will try a good, dark beer instead of the chicken stock. Totally recommend this.

Awesome! The only change I made was to add 6-8 ounces of Dos XXX beer :) I will definitely make this again

Used 2 lbs turkey and 1.5 cups of kidney beans and the flavor was excellent. My guy likes extra meat in chili and less beans so we have to compromise. I do like kidney beans though and it all came together perfectly for a rainy day!

This is a full flavored, low calorie, low fat chili. I made it according to the directions and it was excellent just as it was.
