- 1 Tbsp. onion (minced)
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper (minced)
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. light mayonnaise
- 1 chile pepper (arbol)
- 5 oz. canned tuna (drained)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 avocado (ripe, pitted and cut in half)

Directions
- In a bowl, add the carrot, onion, bell pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise, chile pepper, tuna, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix well.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let the bowl sit in the refrigerator for one hour.
- Scoop out a small portion of avocado from each half, add the tuna salad to each avocado half.
