    It's a great salad, it's just way too much onion. I feel that if you lower the amount of onion you put in, the salad will be great!

    Add tiny raw shrimp and little pieces of raw fish, let it sit and you will have ceviche! So good!!

    It's basically deconstructed guacamole....Mash the avocados, cut the onions and tomatoes into smaller pieces, add some diced jalapenos, lessen the amount of lime, and you have your guacamole! No matter... it is still good.
