- 1 California avocado (ripe, peeled, pitted and diced)
- 1 cup chorizo (spicy Spanish style, precooked link, cut into a small dice)
- 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels (thawed)
- 1 jalapeño pepper (fresh, diced, feel free to remove the seeds if you want it less spicy)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 California avocado (ripe, peeled and pitted)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 jalapeno pepper (stem removed, feel free to remove the seeds if you don't like it spicy)
- 1 lime (or more depending on your preference)
- 1 green onion (diced)
- 1 tsp. Gourmet Garden garlic (or 1 tsp minced garlic)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. ranch seasoning mix
