Very good refreshing salad. I served this with rosemary lemon pork chops. We don’t really like red onions so I used white. For the dressing, I whisked the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together and added about 1/4 tsp of sugar. Then we just drizzled this on our salad. Yum!

Amazing! Best salad I've ever had! I would recommend this to anyone. This salad has such a fresh taste and amazing flavor. I topped mine with feta cheese and olives.
