  • 1/2 Hass avocado
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate arils
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • pepper

    It was really good. I also made a paste of onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and mushrooms and walnut with some seasoning. Try with that paste also. To make a paste, cut onions, tomatoes and bell pepers into small pieces and shallow fry together and add a blended mushroom and walnut mixture as well to it and add available seasonings according to taste and preference. I had a top bread slice and made crumbs of it and mixed the crumbs as well to the paste. You can use this paste as a toast spread or it tastes good in burrito as well.
