Amazing, little thick, should use frozen banana. we added blended ice to thin and chill.

First, I modified it. I used a plain yogurt that was more liquid than those that are more popular, so I skipped the milk. Then, I added a small handful of spinach and a teaspoon of hemp protein and vanilla. Without the sugar in a reg vanilla yogurt and the ample tang of my yogurt, I had to add about 3 T. of honey. It was warm, so I poured it over ice. Now enjoying a quick, easy smoothie.

I used frozen avocados. This was awesome. I will make it again but triple the recipe for extras. Thanks.
