Excellent! All of my guests were raving about this. I'm now expected to bring Ceviche to all gatherings.

So easy to make and thoroughly enjoyed in my household. This will definitely be making a comeback.

It’s okay but this recipe is missing some key ingredients: imitation crab, cucumbers, celery, and you can’t forget about serving with tomato juice and tortilla chips. I’d also soak the shrimp in the lime juice for at least 30 minutes. Add Tapatío or Valentina/ your favorite hot sauce for an extra kick.

Delicious summer salad. I added cucumbers. I can’t wait to try with my garden tomatoes, cucumbers and jalapeño later this summer.

very good! i was worried the lemon would be overpowering but it wasn't at all. i ended up searing the shrimp to accommodate the tastes of my family.

fantastic and easy, loved the avocados but thought the recipe’s website was a little confusing. there were parts that mentioned orange juice and in the picture was cucumber but the recipe didn’t call for any of that. I think it could have been good with those things but it was fun to make otherwise and my family loved it!

Very good recipe. Easy to make and perfect for a warm summer night. It took my shrimp a little longer to cook in the lime juice. I also added a dash of cumin and skipped the pepper.
