I used white rice instead of brown and in my opinion thid recipe calls for too much rice. i ended up using about 3 cups for 4 servings. a little bland, so i added garlic salt with parsley.

Found it a bit bland - maybe I will reduce the proportion of rice to the rest of the ingredients next time. Smelled great and the taste that was subtle was very good. Paired it with blue corn tortilla chips.

It was very delicious but, I added some homemade salsa verde and used white rice. the only thing is it needed alot of salt.
