This was amazing! I doubled the batch and used half date syrup and half honey for the sweetener. Might try my 5-calorie stevia/agave syrup in the future. Used unsweetened vanilla Ripple milk. Also, it only needs a little dash of almond extract as that was quite strong. I’d use less banana, too. Maybe like 1-1/2 bananas for the double batch. May experiment with adding chia seeds for some of the banana.

It turned out very creamy and chocolaty The only change I would add is little less almond extract otherwise it was perfect

Great! Really yummy! If I made it again I would use half a banana and add more cocoa.

This stuff is amazing! I’ve seen a lot of different avocado pudding recipes out there, but I went with this one because I had all the ingredients on hand. Delicious! So creamy and just like regular pudding. I cut the recipe in half and it was the perfect size for my Magic Bullet blender.
