Avocado Patties take 30 minutes to prepare and are 5 calories per serving. So feel free to have seconds, third, fourths, and more. This recipe combines the creaminess of avocado with rubust and aromatic spices for a decadence everyone will enjoy.

- 1 avocado (ripe)
- 1 onions (chopped)
- 1 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh coriander (chopped)
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 small eggs
- salt
- ground black pepper
- olive oil (for frying)

Directions
- Cut the avocado in half, and remove seed.
- With a spoon, remove all the pulp. Place the avocado in a bowl, and mash with a fork.
- Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well.

It fell apart on me and it didn’t crisp up like I wanted it to. I will add cornstarch to it next time. It tastes like a guacamole omelet. Pretty good.

I added everything but the bagel seasoning and fried an egg to put on top. Very good!

Tasty. It has a nice avacado flavor and the spices dont overwhelm the avacado. It is good with green salsa, nd would probably be good with red salsa too. It might be good with chopped bacon or ham or chorizo added. I used green onions instead of regular onions.

The 1st time I made it the onions were overpowering because they were raw. The 2nd time I lightly fried the onions. It was ever so much better.
