- 2 cups short pasta
- 1 avocado (ripe)
- 1/2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 lemon (only the juice)

Directions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions listed on the packet. Before straining the pasta, set aside 1 cup of the water.
- Once the pasta is strained, let it soak in cold water for a few seconds, strain again and set it aside for later use.
- Place the avocado, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, and a bit of the water that was used to cook the pasta in a bowl. Mix everything together until the ingredients from a thick sauce.
- Place the pasta into the bowl and mix it into the avocado sauce. If you like you may also add a bit of feta or shredded white cheese on top before serving.
