really yummy. veggies we added were sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, and cannellini beans. used dried basil and still worked well. easy meal. save pasta water for sauce thinning

Tried this new recipe and came out really good. Second time when I made this, i didn't put lemon juice to the blender instead I garnished it and my family loved it!!

Great! We love it I added more spices to the sauce but other than that we thought it was better than expected

Me and my family love this recipe! Tonight I added some nutritional yeast to the sauce and it was DELICIOUS! I added about 1-2 tablespoons. Definitely recommend you try it!

So good! I added a tiny bit of almond milk to the sauce after adding the oil, I also added mushrooms and spinach. I also tried warming the sauce up in a pan for just a minute , constantly stirring so it didn’t burn.

Super awesome sauce! Just in case - if you use cold tomatoes and corn, all dish will be cold really fast, so my second bunch I made with mushrooms - first fried them, and then add halved cherries and corn straight in the pan, warmed all, after - added pasta (it was cold too), and after that mixed everything with sause.

Really tasty! hard to believe it has no butter or cream. I added mushrooms for a bit of extra protein.

Turned out great. Creamy. Used store bought lemon juice so next time will use maybe only 1Tbsp as it is concentrated. Added some spinach before blending. Couldn’t tell. Threw in mushrooms as well

Absolutely delicious 😋 . I made it tonight . I also pan fried some vegetables, few mushrooms 🍄, broccoli 🥦 and cubes of butternut squash as I have seen in the comments. I have to say I lov these dish . I think it will become the favorite of the house .

Amazing! Awesome way to use avocados and soooo flavourful! I”ll make it again and again. Added zucchini with the tomatoes and sautéed first (also extra garlic cause i love it!:)

Delicious! I cut the olive oil down to 1/4 cup and added one extra T. of lemon juice. I sautéed broccoli, yellow squash, and frozen corn for my veggies. Then I warmed everything in the pan and topped with lemon zest.

Really delicious and different. Very fresh tasting. I think it would work really well with sun-dried tomatoes too. Love it, will definitely make it again.

Very happy! I didn’t have lemon so I used red wine vinegar and it tasted delicious.

This was great. Of all things my store was out of fresh basil so I substituted dried basil but looking forward to trying with fresh next time. Thanks for posting.

Awesome!!! I had never tried a sauce like this before so I assumed I might have to try different recipes before I found one I liked...but I need look no further...this one is excellent! I also added a pinch of crushed red pepper...also don’t forget to salt to taste.

loved this recipe, although i changed up the veggies and added asparagus and zucchini instead of corn and tomatoes. corn seemed like an odd addition to this?

Very easy to make and delicious. I removed the corn but added some cooked mushrooms and also cooked the cherry tomatoes, with a few cashew nuts on top. Will definitely cook it again, with different veggies perhaps.
