    I had some avocados in the fridge that were extra ripe. I made some changes in the recipe. I added a touch more lime juice, I did half honey/maple syrup and used some of the fat along with the coconut milk for extra creaminess. I had resigned myself to not liking it and it was all going to hubby cause he likes this sort of thing......then I licked the spoon. Ummmmm.... I think this is wonderful!!! My husband will be so ha thanksppy. This is going to be my one of my guilt free treats, for sure!

    Turned out so good. My family loved it. I'll be trying to make it a little creamer next time. But still great!!!

    this recipe is great! very delicious. Perfect recipe to keep and use, thank you.. I didn't add the entire lime juice of 1 lime (around 3/4 from the lime)..
