Delicious! I didn’t have a fresh red pepper so I used red pepper in a jar. Didn’t have fresh basil either so used sweet basil spice. I made an open faced sandwich & sprinkled shredded Parmesan cheese on top. Will have to make it again with the fresh ingredients.
