I made these for a party and everyone loved them, and zero leftovers. I was just underwhelmed with how they came out in the air fryer

I added black beans at the suggestion of someone else I know that made them. I used two fresh roma tomatoes instead of the sun dried tomatoes because it was cheaper. I used 4 tablespoons of lime juice. These changes stretched it to 20 egg rolls with extra filling left over.
I didn't have sweet chili sauce, so I made my own with 2 parts honey and 1 part hot Sriracha. I then used a more mild Sriracha for the Sriracha called for in this sauce recipe.
