I only made this once so far and it turned out okay. The eggs ran out of the avocado even though I hollowed them out. I have to experiment more with cooking time. Eggs came out a little too hard for my liking. I added some pico de gallo after cooking and that added a lot of flavor. I have to comment that the calorie count on Yummly for this is not accurate. They have 260 calories, while the recipe page lists it as 320. Why the discrepancy, Yummly? So, be careful in trusting the nutrition info listed on this site/app. It may not be accurate, and if you're counting macros or calories, that is crucial to success.

I loved it! Use large avocados. Had to scoop out a little more than planned but used that part on top after cooking. Egg cooked more than I wanted but still delicious. Will make again!!

It was a great concept with my two fav things but the avo was t stable so I sliced a bit off the bottom. Not the best idea as partially went thru the flesh which made the egg dribble through. Took a long time for the egg to cook.

Solid recipe, recommend to cut slits in the avocado so that the seasoning and egg mixes in, but I like the ingredients better separately rather than together
