- 1 tsp. chili powder (from a pickle jar)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- vinegar (or liquidin which the pickles come)
- salt
- ground black pepper

Directions
- Peel the avocadoand put the pulpin a shallow mold, add about a quartercup of the pickleliquid and grindwith the dip arm (braun)to have a well-watered puree (it is dressing) if necessary addlittle by little more liquid from the pickles.
- At the end addthe lemon juice, salt, pepper and chili powderto taste.The same and if you like you can add finely chopped green chil. Taste the seasoningand rectify.
