- 1 Tbsp. lime juice (lemon juice may be substituted)
- 1 mayonnaise (rounded tablespoon)
- 1 Dijon mustard (rounded teaspoon, I used Grey Poupon)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper powder (optional and to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (finely minced, or to taste)
- paprika (or smoked paprika, optional for garnishing, cayenne pepper or chili powder may be substituted for a spicy kick)

These turned out very tasty! Nice and zingy with the lime! I added onion and garlic powder too to taste.

I made these eggs according to the recipe. There is nothing outstanding about them. The avocado taste doesn't add anything to the deviled eggs. Sorry for the poor review.
