    THIS Recipe totally blew Me away and was SO DELICIOUS. Here's My Take on it: Because I had already made Salmon Cakes (Pink Salmon, Chopped Onion, 1 or 2 eggs, Jiffy Corn Bread Mix, Sea Salt Garlic Powder & Pepper)! I'm a CHOBANI Girl too SO I was browsing and My eye hit the Pumpkin Spice. I had a hunch it would be a fabulous pairing with the Avocado and it was. The Color was AMAZING, the Taste Delicious and its was a Marvelous compliment to the Salmon Cakes which were sweet from the Corn Bread Mix. I could imagine using same Avocado Cream on Oven Plank Salmon too.
