Ingredients

- 1 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 8 dates (deglect noor)
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa (unsweetened)
- 1 Tbsp. cashew butter
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. coffee (ground)
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup

Directions
- In a food processor combine avocado, dates, cashew butter, vanilla and maple syrup. Process until creamy.
- Add in cocoa, seal salt, and ground coffee. Continue to process until smooth and creamy. Mixture will be somewhat thick.
- Portion out pudding into small cups.
- Optional: top with chocolate chips, unsweeteened coconut or your favorite berries.
