This recipe takes a little bit of attention to detail and a lot of patience to make. Thin slices of avocado are layered and rolled together to form a cannelloni-like shape filled with a bold mixture. The filling is made from a combination of shrimp, turkey, and mayonnaise for a filling and creamy element.   • 200 grams shrimp
  • 100 grams turkey
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

    Directions

    1. Add the oil to as skillet on medium heat. Add the shrimp and turkey and saute for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
    2. Once cool, mix with the mayonnaise and a pinch of salt and place into the refrigerator.
    3. Cut a piece of plastic wrap and place it on top of a cutting board. Thinly slice the avocado, make the slices even and about the same size.
