Mine turned out VERY mushy and crumbly. I may have used too much avocado. The taste was very good though

The burgers turned out mush however I still would recommend it for taco meat.

This was really easy to make and also really tasty. Maybe a little bit bland on it's own (I decided to serve it without the salsa), but it ended up being delicious when I added some extra vegetables/condiments!

I was skeptical at first, but this is really good! I didn’t have any jalapeño so I added chilly flakes, also some extra salt and black pepper (which is needed in there). Never thought I’d be making burgers with avocado, but it gives them a nice creamy texture and blends in well. I will definitely make this again.

A good base recipe, but as written I found it very bland. I will still make this again, but next time pack on the seasonings and more lime juice to help bring out the flavors.

Burned on the setting suggested using 6 minutes on first side and 4 minutes on second side. Ryan and Lynn did not love it.

These did not hold together well but I think it’s because I only let them set for the minimum 15 minutes.
