My meat-loving burger husband really liked these! I put them on my griddle instead of in the oven, and they turned out fine. A bit sticky as I was forming them, but still really tasty. Will be making them again!

Good recipe but i wasn't a fan of the cooked avocado taste. They were moist which is great! But they also fell apart/stuck together. I'll add more oats next time!
