Pretty good. I could not tell if it was raw or I was supposed to put it on the stove. I tried it uncooked and was not a fan, after I sauté it a bit it was much better

Forgot to add the tomatoes but still it was really delicious. It was my first time having vegetable noodles. The dressing was nice. Added in beets to the meal which gave a subtle sweetness which to me completed everything.

This was my first foray into zoodle making, and this recipe is delicious! We're not vegetarian, just trying to eat healthier. The pesto comes out very creamy, and I enjoyed that it didn't taste oily. I had to add a little Parmesan cheese for flavor, but that was the only addition that I made. Served with some grilled chicken breast. Will definitely make again- I think it would be great in the summertime as a side dish at a barbecue.
