I would definitely make it again. Maybe with a little less lemon juice next time

I used only 4 cups broth as I like my soup a little thicker. It came out perfect

I’ve made this recipe twice. It’s very easy to make. Added a little extra lemon zest and lemon to the recipe than what was called for. Definitely a keeper.

The flavors in this soup are delicious. I put in herbs and vegetables to round out the flavors and make a more complete meal. Yummly!

Made it today. It was good. Rice needs to be cooked less than 15 min. (used Basmati rice)
Note: less lemon next time.
