- 20 figs (stems removed and sliced in half, averaging 5 figs per salad)
- 2 apples (quartered, cored and thinly sliced, I used Granny Smith)
- 3 Tbsp. grapeseed oil
- 1 pomegranate
- 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese (crumbled)
