- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1 cup club soda
- 3 cups fruit (autumn, chopped, such as apples, pears and plums)
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves (or nutmeg, optional)
