- 2 cups button mushrooms (chopped)
- 6 sage leaves (fresh, chopped)

- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth (or use apple cider)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 18 sheets phyllo dough
- melted butter (or olive oil, for brushing)
