I made this for a pre-Christmas breakfast gathering.... and EVERYone loved it, not just my two family members with food allergies. Definitely a keeper when folks ask for the recipe!

This was delicious! I made it for a baby shower brunch and people loved it. I added some soy milk to the egg mixture, used shallots instead of leeks since that's what I had on hand, and also split it in two 8x8 dishes to do one vegetarian. Both turned out well. Thanks!
