Turned out good, but unfortunately I ran out of oil to properly fry all of the schnitzel..had to supplement with an oil based spread (“Smart Balance”)...Resulting in sogginess in the breading of some pieces ( the spread had a high water content). The veal was till yummy according to hubby...I will try the recipe in the future w adequate oi; aiming for both crispy AND yummy!
