- 1/2 Tbsp. dry active yeast
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. honey (or sugar)
- 4 cups flour (preferable Tipo 00 flour)
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions
- Activate the dry yeast in the luke warm water by adding honey (or sugar). When it start to bubble, the yeast is ready for the rest of the ingredients.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough well – preferably for 10-15 minutes!
- Let the dough rise, covered, for at least 1.5 hour, or until double size. Punch it down and push out the air.
