If I ever make this again it definitely needs other vegetables in it. Like carrots, potatoes, etc. it’s just straight meat, which was fun but very filling, 1st night I served mid-evil style with bread and the second night I served over egg noodles which was better.

I love this recipe and it is a regular in my dinner rotation. I like to add mushrooms to it and cook it in a pressure cooker. It turns out awesome every time

Overall a successful recipe, but it needed a little more salt than what was called for.
