It turned out AWESOME!! I got the Professional 5™ Plus Series 5 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer for my Birthday/Christmas gift this year and was SO excited to make Pasta!!! I don't own any attachments or have any fancy equipment to help me out since we are full time campers living in a State Forest in North Florida...
I don't even have a rolling pin!! I think it got lost somewhere along our travels!
I like the fact I can cut this down easily to make smaller portions.. and it was SO DELICIOUS!!!

I am also going to try doing a verion of this with Semolina and adding various fresh herbs!
