- 10 cloves garlic (minced you may use a food processor)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (yes, more garlic)
- 1/3 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 68 oz. tomato sauce (canned, Hunts or Contadina or, 5 28 oz cans)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (good quality, dark green in color)
- 1/2 onion (large)
- 7 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
