I met and married my husband on the Big Island of Hawaii.. 36 years ago😍. In 2009 I graduated college with a Culinary Degree along with 2 years of Chef Training. I love what I do.. making people happy, even giddy with the meal they’re about to consume! First, the wonderful aroma, fragrances of fresh ingredients marrying together, then the all important presentation.. plating and garnishing... and the Finale.. Tasting.. seeing a customers eyes light up as they savor their bite... Success!! I present a Hawsiian plate as a special every 3 weeks and I use this Mac salad recipe.. stripped down to mayo, cider vinegar, sugar, slivered carrots annnd a little whole milk when needed. My Customers Love it!! It’s accompanies my Kalua pig and sticky rice.. Big Hit

Really good. Did not put both carrots in. Will maybe add a little more onion and pepper next time. Tip: use the large holes when shredding the onion.

Turned out great. Super simple, quick, and delicious. Its good as it is, but its also a great canvas to add ingredients that you like if you wanted to. Have made it before, and will make it again.

The dish turned out well. I failed to add the carrots, onions, and vinegar to the warm macaroni. I had already rinsed and cooled it.
