Awesome! I tweaked it a bit to make it like my grandmothers. It's pretty close to being as authentic as my family's recipes

Loved this! The mushroom gravy was amazing too. Since the gravy calls for strong beef broth, I used approximately twice the amount of beef bouillon required for the two cups of water. I didn’t add any cream either, and I think that was the way to go.
The snitchzle was very straight forward to make. I would recommend adding a smidgen more oil when flipped the pork so bread crumbs will brown evenly.

It was awesome!! My husband couldn’t stop raving over it. And the jaeger mushroom gravy 👍👍We go and eat schnitzel at one of favorite restaurants well he says it was better.Not hard to make. Recommend very highly!!!

simple recipe that turns out delicious! looks and tastes like it is complicated to make but it is not. Have made this multiple times now and is always a winner.

The Schnitzel turned out great.However , I prefer Pfifferling mushrooms over Champignon mushroom . Otherwise great recipe.

Beautiful recipe. I would possibly adjust the seasoning in the future, but overall, this was a lovely treat. I will do this again!

Pretty delicious for a recreation (just not as good as the real thing)! Would definitely prep my mushroom gravy ahead of time next time...
