The sauce was amazing and it made us feel super full but not heavy after. Very simple and fun to make!

Made using whatever was in the fridge. Sadly no meat, so ended up being veggie. Still very tasty. I used carrots, courgette, sugar snap peas, cabbage, and mushrooms. Topped it off with some chilli flakes on the fried egg and served with some sriracha sauce.
Look forward to making it again with the suggested beef.
I only gave it 4 stars as thought the Korean sauce could have been better. I'll be tweaking this next time.

Fantastic! Reminded me of the bibimbap I had many times in South Korea. Definitely recommend this recipe.
