AWESOME! will make again and again! I wouldn’t mind trying to find a way to make them a little less sweet but they are delicious for sure. They are fluffy enough to make other sandwich type dishes. make sure butter has cooled before adding..note to self

My favorite waffle recipe. I do cream the melted butter with the sugar first then add liquids, then dry. I feel this makes a fluffier overall waffles.

Perfect waffles every time. I make this recipe for home, for brunches I've even made it for a bunch of hungry Crossfittters as a post wod meal. Great thing is you can pair these waffles with everything from fruit and syrup to fried chicken and carnitas. We've had it all ways and way they taste amazing!

These are, hands down, the BEST Belgian waffles I've ever made. This is my go-to recipe. I wouldn't change a single thing!

Amazing, I use this recipe for myself and my sister for breakfast and it always turns out great. Works perfectly with all of the wake irons I've used. Open to customization as flavoring is up to the user.

very thick cake like batter made fluffy, very sweet waffles. these were sweet enough to be a dessert! a good start for our lazy day.

I made this recipe for the kids today and it was absolutely delicious. The stiffing of the egg whites was simple enough but a bit fiddly but the result was a very buttery taste soft on the inside and crispy on the out.

Great waffle recipe! A little more difficult than some other recipes but totally worth it. I used Truvia baking blend instead of the sugar and they turned out great.

I beat 3 egg whites instead because I messed up a yolk when I cracked my egg. My waffles came out excellent.
