- 1 pkg. somen noodles (3 bundles)
- 4 cups carrots (finely julienned, cucumbers and iceberg lettuce)
- sliced ham (thinly, (I use Oscar Mayer packaged ham because it’s easy to stack and cut into even, thin strips).)
- fishcake (finely sliced, char siu, thinly sliced and fried tofu in place of ham or use only vegetables.)
- 2 beaten eggs (lightly, fried and thinly sliced.)
- cilantro (or green onions (optional))
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. rice vinegar (unseasoned)
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce (recommended)
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Kadoya Sesame Oil (recommended)
- 2 Tbsp. roasted sesame seeds (ground)
